Actually search for "Dodge" "Power Transmission" catalog

Dodge Gear Couplings catalog :-)

they and all the other auto manufacturers threw all desire for innovation away long ago. They are in a box and they want it to stay that way ;-) do a search for "ev components" and you will see where to get parts like this. The motors could as well been salvaged from an electric forklift

Where the heck did you find an electric motor to fit the pinto? Also to be that fast, wouldnt ford motor company be beating down your door to see how its done?

Here at the factory (Gear Vendors) it is awsome to see a 12sec EV beating up on 420hp rides. Great job. Call me and we will get you some decals! RJ

Sorry I missed this a while back. The notice was stuck in spam filter. I'm getting ready to move to Washington state next month. I'll give you guys a call with an address to send stickers. I see you the Pinto posted on your list of satisfied customers :-)

Your torque value should be much higher. Automotive dynos cannot measure DC motor torque at zero. You can get more accurate results with a dyno designed for diesel I suppose, but you still will not get the max torque figure.

I don't ever expect to get an instantaneous pulse torque figure. But I'd like to find a dyno that will at least hit 2000 ft-lbs so I can stab it hard from a dead stop. Maybe a brake dyno of sorts would work too.
