Born in 1990, know its anachronistic (Bushmen didn't live like that at the time, and it's still a simplification) and still think it's a great way to be funny without being insensitive. I subscribe to Xi as the hero/protagonist rather than the butt of jokes- everyone else is. Xi isn't naive, he's extremely clever dealing with a society that can't be more different- so Xi isn't 'dumb'. Neither is the developed Anglo society- it's just kind of unnecessary in some ways, and silly in its habits.

I want to watch this movie while really high. I think I might actually die from laughing so hard.

I watched it several times in Communist Bulgaria..it was a big hit. Once we had to buy 12 extra tickets for the projection to go ahead!!! I must be crazy! I love this film so much so that I ve shown it to my kids born in 1994. They said it's a great film.
