First shot is doing 585 rpm (3 ¼ turns within 10 video frames at 30fps, interpolated from http://www.bowlspot.com/page/rpms ) without me adding more hand to the ball than is necessary to roll it off the palm. Thats what this technique does to your game :)

Into 3.5 mths of learning this technique. Practising the deep inside line. Drifting 15 boards and releasing ball on the outside of the sliding foot. Less foot dragging on the pushaway, body is lower. Some increase in ball speed.

Dropping my fave 16lb BIG ONE for a lighter ball, this gives more speed and hence more power. This is because Power is proportional to the square of velocity and only linearly proportional to the mass. Still, revs is the more dominant component in the Power equation. High revs and fast speed provides the lethal combination for clearing the pin-deck.

So, need to crank it up some more and choose another ball (13-14lb) and work more on a faster footwork and backswing above waistline.

I am bowling less frequently now...used to bowl at Planet Bowl, Mt Faber SAFRA and sometimes Marine Bowl.

If u knockers and hate mongers bother to read Powebowler's info, he's only been at it for 3.5 months. I think thats extremely bloody good for that short period of time. Remember he is not the finished product yet, early days for a 2 hander..

@powerbowler Very nice bro. I've been bowling for 2 months now and just recently got it figured out. I tell ya, it was frustrating to see the ball go into the gutter most of the time, but now I just throw and everything clicks together. It's like my mind is completely blank while I'm on the approach.

I've bowled for 11 years. Most of which I bowled one handed, I switched to 2 handed bowling, my avg went up from about 194 to like a 210. Bowled my first 300 bowling 2 handed. You throw a good ball, try picking ur speed up a bit more, you'll go Brooklyn a lot less

very good. I have to say two hand bowling is the way to go. my highest score is 258 thanks to two hand bowling. screw the form!!!! who needs form if you are comfortable and consistent!!!! only results matter.

He's good, but notice on the approach he isn't always consistent, and he does go brooklyn a lot, try throwing over the gutter if you have to or throw more speed in the mix.

get a higher back swing and maybe you will be able to get enough ball speed to keep it on the right side of the head pin. your not bad for how shot u have been a two hander but u def need to learn to cut back on revs and tip and get a big increase in ball speed
