For God's sake someone finally got back to me on this. I haven't gone outside my home for 5 months because I was so worried about that damn tool bag reentering the earth's atmosphere, getting red hot and wacking me on the head. But if you say it would burn up before reaching the earth's surface I guess I shouldn't worry about it any more. Thanks.
