This is likely a late 1930's version of "Moon Indigo" as I doubt if Hollywood did these music videos before then. It's awfully good.

That is Russell Procope on Clarinet and he didn't start playing with Duke until spring 1946, also check out Russell's work with John Kirby, that was a great band.
