I'm now 98 construction with 50k till 99. I have to farm 10 days at minimum from now on, so then i'm keeping a party(con and farm together ;P)
Rate please, don't be harsh, this is the detailed guide, just like I got blackjacking, there's a usual construction guide coming along with my party ;)
it took me 2 days to become 75-98(50k left). and i made this video those days too and i'm typing it now(same day) :P
It's hard but you'll get there =]

@strawnsu - I built it using a throne room I think, using the ladder. It's been a long time so I don't know if you have to actually make the ladder itself too. I think you can also create one by making a dungeon hole in a garden instead of a portal.

human butler is more efficient as u only need 20 oak planks an invent, and demon can go up to 26. while human goes to 20 which is all you need. ur wasting money using demon butler this method
