Download And shift click restore in iTunes 9 or 9.0.1 ONLY and ONLY if you're currently on jailbroken 3.0 software. DO NOT GO INTO DFU MODE!!!! If you're on 3.1.1 currently, downgrade to 3.0. In iTunes 9 or 9.0.1 for iPod Touch 1g and 2g just shift click restore with a 3.0 ipsw.

i beleive just jailbroken but unlocking it shouldnt be hard since the iPhone 1st gen is immune to all the horrors that is updated baseband so no matter what its able to be unlocked
