This clip always made me feel sad when I was a kid. i felt sad for the kitty, and then sad for the girl when she realized the kitty didn't like her. Then it turned out OK.

Yeah, I remembered this one too. Funky music, and does a good job of teaching empathy, and the all-important lesson of not to disturb animals while they're eating!

I love this because I am a proud owner of a cat. My cat Pepper has been with me for 11 and a half years. I love him because he means the world to me.

The animation looks like John and Faith Hubley's animation style and work, John Hubley worked first for Walt Disney and then later at U. P. A. the home of Mister Magoo and modern abtract style animation. Thanks for the upload!
