My first ever video blog! Took me all day to do this. I'm camera shy and nervous so I'm always behind the camera rather than in front of it. I can't say I'm really happy with it, but hey I can only get better at this right?

  • Yep, I had the surgery. It went great. Very glad I did it.

  • @Canuck935 Does it hurt really much? Or how's it going?

  • @Marius141 Going great. Now that I've gone through the surgery I can breathe easy!

  • @Canuck935 That's good.. I dont have the whole in the middle of my upper body, but there is more like a dent between my breastmuscles and little upwards, and it's not as severe as most people with this. But if I did the surgery, how long after surgery would I have to wait to be able to workout for full etc again? And does it hurt ALOT or... Is it bearable? Thanks again!!

  • @Marius141 I'd say it was 4 months before I felt like I could do everything. I'm at 4 1/2 months now. I still can't heft around as much weight as before, but I can certainly workout find without any restrictions. My pain was very well managed. I can only remember 2 instances of bad pain. Once when I missed a dose of percoset, and then my first sneeze.
