Yep, I had the surgery. It went great. Very glad I did it.

@Canuck935 That's good.. I dont have the whole in the middle of my upper body, but there is more like a dent between my breastmuscles and little upwards, and it's not as severe as most people with this. But if I did the surgery, how long after surgery would I have to wait to be able to workout for full etc again? And does it hurt ALOT or... Is it bearable? Thanks again!!

@Marius141 I'd say it was 4 months before I felt like I could do everything. I'm at 4 1/2 months now. I still can't heft around as much weight as before, but I can certainly workout find without any restrictions. My pain was very well managed. I can only remember 2 instances of bad pain. Once when I missed a dose of percoset, and then my first sneeze.
