I love this song, but I don't think for a minute that Dead Prez actually advocates doing things like this. I think this song is a comment on how low-income families and minorities have been screwed over by the government for so long that many of them would rather make up schemes to "pimp the system" then get a steady job. Their self-esteem is so low that they believe they can't get promoted, and they see any attempts to do so as "ass-kissing". It's a vicious cycle that keeps the poor poor.
