Ours is an imperfect world. Many hippies were just apocalyptic partiers away from mom and dad and cutting loose and running wild. The true hippies want: Peace, love, sanity and joy ... FOR EVERYONE! Also, they were mostly into hallucinogens to expand consciousness and NOT to blow out. See The Deepwater Gulf Oil-spill? That happened because of a corporation seeking profit ... over people ... over nature ... over everything. That happened because greedy executives got impatient. Want that?
