They actually review your loan documents to see if you were a victim of predatory lending, which means that you were taken advantage of by your broker in some illegal way. I have been watching the news and I have heard advertisements for US Loan Auditors on the radio. I am kind of confused. Are they a loan modification company or not? I need some help but I dont want to do a loan modification. My experience was pretty good. Im in the middle of a potential settlement but everything just seemed to take a long time as well, but with all the court backlog I can understand why. Also, there were a few times that my rep couldnt get back to me because management was out for the day. That is what was frustrating for me.

I had an okay experience with My US Legal Services (legal side). I liked my customer services representative a lot. However, it seemed like my case was taking forever. It took almost 6 months to find out if I won or not. That just seemed too long for me. I wouldve thought that with everyone being in house, things wouldve gone faster
