  • WTF? angelina jolie as grendal's mother? and what's with the whole seducing crap? she's suppose to be an ugly demon, not a golden pornographic seductress. SICK. and to think i almost wasted 8 bucks to see this crap. i'm glad i didn't see this movie.

  • @xXKittyxCat Grendel's mother is never described physically in the book

  • we are reading this book in class and he strangles her right away they dont kiss

  • seriously where did they get the story for this movie? it's nothing at all like the poem

  • @frootloopsfan She was never geven a physical description but I do recall it was said she was a beast in the actual poem (that is what Beowulf started out as was a poem) and was not in a humanoid form.

  • I'm sry no matter how hard I try,I can never stop having a boner when I watch this. But this isn't right. grendels mother isn't supposed to look like some hot, naked, horny Angelina Jolie...she's supposed to look like an ugly octopus fag-bag monster. :P

  • Wait... in the poems, doesn't he have to go underwater and fight her and kill her? I know this is a movie, so it doesn't at all have to be the slightest bit related to the poems... but this movie will mislead people who are too lazy to read... oh well, that's what they get I guess.

  • @frootloopsfan

uh, yea she is. she's a demon woman. it suggested that

  • @MrMonster1018

No, she doesn't die. Grendel does give her a son: the dragon that later kills him.

  • Great movie! Almost as good as the book!

  • @MrMonster1018 in this story the dragon is Beowulf's son by Grendel's Mother
