@Esotericist47 MC2 is done now. They are just editing it. Check up with his site tonyhortonfitnesscampsDOTcom. Also, if you subscribe to our blog, we'll be talking about it I'm sure.
Check out Almond Milk. Soy is high in hormones. Won't hurt you for one box, but over time it can cause problems (like breasts). Almond milk is great. High in unsaturated fats and I think it tastes the best of them all.
@thefitclubnetwork I actually read this comment when you posted and moved to soy milk...I HATED it - At first. But, now i'm getting used to it. I do feel better, thank you very much for the info man. Rice milk made me sick though lol. If you want to talk infront of the camera for 2 hours on this kind of stuff being health, nutrition, and life by all means make it. I will be the first to watch it man.
For now, yes. Tony is working on a book and maybe a TV show. He did talk about an annual reunion, which would be AWESOME. Like the Coaches Summit for X junkies!
Absolutely! Calcium is key. The problem with milk is that most of the nutrients are cooked out of it during the pasteurization process. It takes 8oz of lowfat milk to get 30% of your calcium need (per FDA, which is probably low). Find a good multi-vitamin or calcium supplement (I take Beachbody's Core Cal-Mag and Shakeology) and you can get over 100% in a snap without all the fat and other issues milk has. You really do need it for sure.

@thefitclubnetwork Yeah I imagine they are probably shooting MC2 right now. How would one know when and if he does decide to do another fitness camp?

@Esotericist47 You never know. Tony got really busy with his book and P90X MC2. I know he likes to do the camps, so maybe he'll be back.
