  • i come from playing the piano so it´s hard for me to transfere everything to the harmonica. i mean, when you inhale on the third hole from the bottom end you get a b, but actually we need a b-flat. I think i just have to bend it. it´s stil hard for me because I´m an absolute beginner...greetings

  • @presskopp I see, the piano and the blues harp are vastly different instruments. The piano is very disciplined especially in classical mode. The blues harmonica is artistic and gifted. Perseverance is essential as one cannot see how it is done.

  • man, how do i get the small 3rd out of the harmonica? can s.o. please tell me?

  • @presskopp are you referring to the third note from top or bottom end of the harp. Brian.

  • wish me luck ive been harping 6 months its the fight of flight response! haha can i get by with just my c and a or should i take more with me?

  • If you take the entire key range A Bb C D E F and G you are ready for anything.

    cheers Brian

  • Hey Brian-great video-really encouraging & Alex is doing great too! He was very lucky to have you around to teach him.thats the only trouble I find with harp playing. Its not like the guitar where evry second person can play-its harder to find other people that play .
