@SerbianEagleCCCC im a graff and stencil artist, when i do graff it's just for fun and to get known. when i do stencils i do it to express myself and my feelings and ideas. they are totally two different things. most stencil "artists" express something in their art, most graff artist just fuck around to get known and to look cool. thats my opinion since i have both points of view in this situation.

This shit is POINTLESS art, it has no reason or meaning.....There is also no "Stencil culture". i reckon stencils look 10 times worse than someone dropping a random tag.
Cutting out a stencil and then spraying it isn't art...it's bullshit.

@jasonfeiner also, there is no "suck" in lowbrow art. That's the point. If it didn't suck, it'd be in some bullshit fashion mag or on a tshirt in the mall. I want my street art to "suck".

@Surf4U33 You hit it right on the head... it's not the tool, it's the artist. Good tools can't save uncreative people, and creative people can't really be harmed by new tools. Nothing's ruined that wasn't already ruined when they invented the xerox machine. I'm sure some stone age hairy ass dude was bitchin the first time he saw an exacto knife then looked down at his sharp rock and started hatin'.

who said that? It takes away the creativity and iniative is what I was getting at. Not whether it is good or not. I couldn't care less if they spray them on the streets. In fact I like that. But there is people trying to sell these pieces that can be downloaded at a free stencil site. So I don't understand what you are getting at? You should probably reread our comments and see what we were talking about before butting in.
