i don't understand why people think she's stupid just because she's awkward/clumsy... that stuff doesn't make a person stupid. there are awkward clumsy people everywhere. this one just happens to be in the public eye all the time.

I think she's a bad actress, but that doesn't mean she's a bad person. She's awkward ... who cares? A lot of people are socially awkward. She's probably a very nice person to know. =)

You fail to understand how much sympathy people can get from that. They even use it in comedies for the most memorable and funny characters ever.

In a world where people admit they act really stupid to get attention and it's seen as cute why wouldn't somebody use that well proven trick?

And I suggest you read my comment again. I never said she was stupid, merely that this whole being clumsy thing is just her act, to make her stand out from the rest, and possibly to make her subpar acting appear more understandable.
