@Hunterkirk I'm not against change, I want to change the power of the FED, I want to change the president, I want to change the debt, I want to change the media censorship and change the liberal brainwashed mind. Because they are nuts. Liberals want to go back to communism, they want to go back to failed Marxist economic policies, they even want to change industrialization back to the energy used in "1910" they want to go backwards to the population of the earth to in the 19th century.

@Hunterkirk some socialist countries in scandanavian countries are performing really well so i would so some of there methods should be adopted. However they aren't complete socialist countries but socialism has a strong influence there and is widely accepted.

The difference between a Liberal and a Conservative is one group does not need to or want to work hard to grow or advance their personal lives (in all aspects), while the other group is willing to do so. In other words; one group has either reached their potential or lost interest in trying to reach it; while the other group is constantly working hard, taking risks and making sacrifices to achieve their potential (hates anything that doesn’t advance their pursuit). You choose which is which.

I think you hit a very good idea here, that both points of view are of value. Of course, one person can embrace both. Reason and passion can be wonderful bedfellows.

I think individually, most liberals argue for more protected individual right and conservatives argue for more economic rights. To be honest, Lassiez-faire capitalism has been shown through history to cause instability in the economy. Just read about the Gilded age. To argue against many Liberal beliefs, statism would lead this nation to become dependent on the Feds, which would really suck.

I've seen my fair share of hothead liberals and conservatives. I have also seen logical liberals and conservatives. I think the latter happens when either wing approaches more moderate views. I agree with you completely that too many liberals don't think before acting.
However, change is inevitable. We live in a rapidly growing world with finite resources; we cannot dwell in the status quo or some nonexistent past that many right wingers seem so nostalgic about.

@Wagnificient I would argue that many left wingers are nostalgic about past things also, only they want to bring socialism and communism to us. Considering what happened under those movements I am proud to resist there efforts.

the passion thing is definitely wrong... conservatives i've seen dont just make there point and leave, they ram there idea down your throat and bash you on any idea thats different.

Funny that has been my consistent experience with liberals. They are loud, rude, persistent, ego manics who see anyone who disagrees with them as mentally ill. They push their beliefs everywhere they go including in the public schools and and medium they find themselves in.
Rare is the liberal that is polite and truly listens and seeks to understand.

I'm only talking about on TV. I am unbiased and watch different political shows pretty much all day long and its always been the conservatives that I see going crazy being loud and rude. Not to say I don't see that with the liberals just no where near as much. In my personal life I've never met either side that was like that.
