Butter Cake Loaf
Makes 3 [ 16cm(L) x 8cm(W) x 5cm(H) ]

YAY!! Finally a new video!!

Notes:
1) It is important to cream the butter properly to avoid curdling. If it does curdle, adding flour fixes it so don't worry.

2) Be careful not to wobble the mixture because if you do, the uncooked and cooked mixture will mix together and it makes the cake uncooked in the end when the time is up.

Hey! Awesome recipe... I tried it out in a bundt pan (bake time: 50 min) and it came out very yum! Also took it to my friends. They enjoyed it so much that within a few min the box was empty.Thx for the recipe.
