i really did hear sir willam lyons say the car is the closest thing we will ever create to something that is alive. this was back in 1988 even though he was dead. but i heard it on a xj40 commercail

I own a 2002 XJR, yet I am able to see Jaguar in all their new cars. Its harder to detect, but Jaguar is still in the blood.

Not many people nwo are buying stylish and luxury jags, what they did was make them all look like Audi, Ford, Mercedes, Lexus, etc...

That's sad, but hey, we still got old ones ;)

New Jaguars are not like old good ones. I love Jaguar but what they've done with all those 2008 models is a peace of crap.

Evocative. I think the generation previous to the current generation were their finest cars. But I own a 2001 XJR, so am biased. Everybody will laugh at Jaguar now being owned by an Indian company but I continue to hope that with global input, Jaguar will experience a resurrection similar to Bentley.
