The Rise of Feminist Jurisprudence, Part I

Feminist Jurisprudence is composed of three primary schools: Radical Feminism, Marxist/Socialist Feminism, and Cultural/Relational Feminism. Here is a rather simple 2-part video series with some general information about Feminist Jurisprudence, quoted from various sources, including books I checked out on interlibrary loan at my local university. I hope to go into more detail in specific areas of Feminist Jurisprudence in other videos; please regard this as just a vide about general theories of Feminist Jurisprudence.

The goal of the feminists was to remove the cons women had and let them keep the pros at the same time.

A look at the world around you shows you how well they done with that.

While at the same time removing the pros men had but making them keep the cons at the same time.

All in all, feminists started the gender war, they destroyed thousands and thousands of families, and cause the genders to despise and separate from each other.

What feminists made things out to be was that men had all the pros and women had all the cons, which at a quick glance looks true but when you put all the factors into the equation it would show they are liars.

After they tricked the public into to giving their support, they officially pushed the pendulum into motion and pushed it in favor of women, and at that point the gender war has begun.

Pros for Women

Did not have to work to survive and be provided for by someone else.

Was not expected to self-sacrifice for anything.

Had preference over men to be saved in times of crisis.

Was not expected to fight in wars.

Cons for women

Could not earn wealth to have the freedom to live on their own.

Had no power to say what happened in the household.

A look over this would show that men had two huge pros followed by many cons for them, while women had many pros but two huge cons. -->

Worked at dangerous and hazardous jobs that put heavy stress on them and decreased their lifespan so they can provide for their families.

Was expected to sacrifice themselves to protect and save women and children.

Was expected to be the only ones fighting in our wars.

Feminists use the pendulum analogy and say that men had their time of having it good and now its women's turn. They use that to justify discrimination against men, but here is my two cents on the matter.

Feminists say the pendulum was pushed into the men's camp, favoring them.

I say that is false, the pendulum was motionless and in the middle. Both men and women had a role to play, which both had its pros and its cons, thus the sexes were equal. -->

While I agree with most of everything on your videos (This being the only disagreement.), I honestly think there is no different variations of feminism. Cause the ones leading the movement are radicals, the movement iteslf so much radical that its indistinguishable from feminism.

To support feminism is to support hate and contempt for men basically, people who truly want equality would drop the title of feminist right now.
