In the speech, HuJingTao admitted that Japanese Environmental Protection Technology and Energy Conservation Technology are applicable to solve the environmental and energy issue in China, so he encouraged the Chinese citizen to learn it.
China should invest for Japanese company which developed these technology. However,
it is not allowed for Chinese to bring Yuan outside of the country.
Japanese stock appears to be cheap from foreign investers. If China invests in Japan, both will benefit unless Chinese does not take over hostilely Japanese company.
Buying Japanese stock is better than investing money for American Treasury bonds and reserving U.S. dollar since the FRB keep printing the dollar and it will be turned into paper　gradually.Never forget Nixson shock and the plaza accord.
