I do QiGong and it flows gently. This looks like a made up wackie jerkie move
ents and very rigid. If I tried this I would be in pain for days! Not even any appeRance of breathing with flowing movement.
I totally dislike this video.

Muchas Gracias, es un ejercicio en sí mismo contemplar el armonioso movimiento del Qi. Sobre todo desde Montevideo, en donde no tenemos montañas. Si hay hermosos espacios verdes. Es inspirador para mí y estaremos practicando Qi Gong a la distancia.
@mucjud13 - I also do qigong, I agree that this one is the most energetic I have ever seen, but I would not disqualify it so quickly. It appears genuine. Things come in many different flavors. Bread is still bread, whether it is soft or hard, salted or with nuts, it is still bread.

QI means energy, GONG means skill, i had tried this and it really works...
