  • Caddy engines have very thick water jackets. This makes them quiet as engine noise goes. Did you say turbo? Runs like it. Good job. You look like a mobster on a mission when you pass by the camera. Those engines are strong. The 472 has the same bore stroke ratio as a 327 chevy so they can spin. Give us a rundown on what you did to her.

  • As I mentioned in the info, this isn't my car.

  • god bless the big block. imports suck.

  • The Grand Nationals always had kinda a lagging/lazy sound with their turbos - like they weren't goin as fast as they were. But this beast sounds totally way more mellow and rips 11s! "Ricer garbage" are always tellin me you can't do turbos on large v8s and/or carbs. Now I have yet another vid to show them and make them look even more stupid. Ricers are stupid. Nice ride!

  • @TechMaven Sorry I can't pick up on sarcasm through text your really sounded like you where being funny when you said "Obvously not built for economy". Oh its spelled obviously by the way and last time I checked stupid isn't capitalized.

  • Turbos were around since the 1920's and used in aircraft engines, primarily for the military. One of the first rear mount turbo installations was used in the WWII era P-47 Thunderbolt, the "Jug". Its thick fuselage held the ductwork for the exhaust routed to the turbo and back up to the carb. Result...2,800+ hp in 1945!

  • @Cheapbikes Don't you recognize a little humor, you Stupid asshole?
