isiah Thomas has from his playing days been undeservingly characterized as a villian. This video is about the alleged freeze out, the racial remarks against Larry Bird, the walk out on the bulls, and the recent revelation made by Magic Johnson.
You make a video defending Isiah.. But then you start off by killen em about the some bs sex harasment case. If you going to defend him, go in. Ill defend him, because ive never seen a guy get crucified by the Media like he has.
Like what you say. Isiah was deprived of a lot of things over these controversies. And it was ridiculous... I'm a MSU Spartan and I have to say I lost a lot of respect for Magic Johnson trying to blast Isiah like this 20 years later. I agree with you that the league really vilianized Isiah... and the Pistons... I think it helped profits... But the truth of the matter is Isiah is definitely in the same class of greatness as Magic, Jordan, & Bird whether he was fully credited or not.
In reality Isiah and the pistons are the only ones that can honestly say they held the bulls off from winning 4 straight championships. I mean for him to come up after 3 years and say congratulations man. That would have been something. And about the respect thing. I dont think they showed MJ alot of respect when they were laying him out on the floor. Good video though.
Ive always liked Isiah. You can tell he has a darker side to his personality and bit manipulative but he does have an easy going personality and he has alot of charm but I think he should have shook MJs hand. I know he probably had good reason not to but I mean come on. He beat MJ 3 times in the eastern conference finals. 3 times he beat up on the GOAT. In 90 when MJ got beat in game 7 you knew how much that hurt MJ but MJ went up and shook their hands.
