I look at an inner cam bearing upgrade during a Cam Case Rebuild on a 2000 ElectraGlide.

  • I am sorry I do not know for sure. However, I do not believe Harley has changed over to Torrington's on replacements for TC88 or TC96's. I think it is part of HD's planned obsolescence of their modern engines.

  • thanks much for the detailed explanation of the difference between the Harley OEM INA bearing and the upgrade Torrington bearing - very helpful! Do you know whether Harley-Davidson did away with the INA bearing of the Twin Cam 88 when they put out the Twin Cam 96?

  • Pretty good ET great insight tip !
