McCone's final policy memorandum to Johnson argued that expansion of the war in Vietnam would arouse national and world discontent over the war before it brought down the North Vietnamese regime] - whereas LBJ of Texas was close to the MAFIA (Chicago boss, Sam GIANCANA & Tampa boss, Santa TRAFFICANTE - linked very closely to the CIA, it was under the MAFIA that James FILES, John ROSELLI & Charles NICOLETTI were deployed in the professional assassination of JFK - using the method of Triangulation (firing shots from 3 different angles) - James NILES has admitted that he and his 2 MAFIA gunmen were involved in shooting to death the US President) the Mafia had financially supported Jo KENNEDY Senior (who had been a Boot-legger during Prohibition - they expected JFK & RFK to deliver support to lay off organised crime due to their financial support of the Democratic Campaign) when this did not materialise the Mafia feeling let down over the non support over Cuba were very angry with JFK & RFK...

[Dr Charles CRENSHAW worked at the PARKLAND Hospital - before the body of JFK was taken from the PARKLAND Civilian Hospital in Dallas, TEXAS to the Naval Hospital at Bethesda Naval Hospital, Dallas, Texas which is subject to Naval /Military Law - under the Control of the C-in-C of all US forces who was the President of the US. Lee Harvey OSWALD was blamed to be the lone assassin. He was quickly Silenced by Jack RUBY who shot him dead.

@captainkavern I agree that's Stone's editing of the film is at times misleading. That said, the Vietnam hypothesis is not built on thin air. I'd recommend Peter Dale Scott's research on the subtle policy changes that led to an escalation of war in Vietnam post-JFK's death. It all relates to the first National Security Action Memorandum on Vietnam under Johnson, NSAM 273. It's far more subtle than Oliver Stone's version of events and well worth considering....

@captainkavern I'm not suggesting he didn't attempt to kill Walker. There's a strong possibility that he did, but this only supports the oddity of one man doing such a poor job (couldn't he have shot him when Walker was outside? Would have made more sense!) then, a short time later, pulling off a shooting feat that's never been duplicated. It doesn't add up.

@captainkavern LHO was cleverly framed. I don't believe he was so stupid to consciously play the role of the guilty. My question stands so please answer it. Imagine you're planning to shoot the PROTUS (or anyone, for that matter) why on earth would you leave such incriminating images of yourself in a garage knowing it would be searched after your arrest? You would do everything to destroy such things. He was even at that location the night before the shootings and did nothing about the photos.

@captainkavern Leaving the building makes him look guilty so why do it? I don't believe LHO was stupid. Wouldn't someone trying to get away with murder stay put and act innocent, knowing that leaving the building would look suspicious? As for the lack of work that morning, to me that's like much of his behaviour before and after the assassination: he knew of a plot, he knew something was going to happen, he didn't believe he would be a patsy until it was too late.

@MARKCC1330 By the way those photos have no value in front a court of law. The photos cleary shows him with the rifle and the gun. But what relly linked him with the rifle was the receit he had under an alias. It was his hand writing.

So why did he left like that? The day the protus is kiiled? An innocent guy would have stayed, curious of what was happening.

If somebody had make him taken the photos and planted him in the TSBD, don't you think he would have said "hey wait a minute...Something is wrong here...". My opinion is that Oswald had no real plans after killing the president. His behaviors after the shooting tends to prove it.
