Some youtube people are funny. Many of them don't know that money & economy changes & transforms all the time. By being a mindful consumer you're changing the corporations ways of doing things. By boycotting products that are hazardous, doesn't mean that the company who produces it will die off & lay people off, instead they will refocus on creating nontoxic, better products. Change policies & ways so that products aren't harmful to humanity or breaking basic human rights. Peace be with all.

by boycotting commercialism, congreediaselfanists show that they dont care about the employees of the companies in the industries they mentioned, who rely on "greed" (I would call it demand) to feed their kids.... does that make them as evil as the salesguy in the clip?
...btw, maker of the PSA should get off his high horse and suggest possible solutions to " Congreediaselfanism" instead of "boycotting commercialism"
