Touhou 7 - Perfect Cherry Blossom Phantasm Clear Part 1

First part of a clear of the Phantasm stage from Perfect Cherry Blossom, which is probably the hardest stage with the hardest boss in all of the Windows Touhou games (except for some stuff on Lunatic difficulty). This video covers from the beginning of the stage to the end of Yukari's second spell card.

Not a pretty run by any means (I die in really silly places, bomb a lot, and purposefully blow borders to give myself breathing room), but then again I was just going for survival. I'm not nearly as good as Dracil or others who have uploaded videos, but at the same time there was not a Phantasm video up here, so I figured I would fill the void.

My strategy:

1: STREAM THE CRAP OUT OF EVERYTHING

2: LOSE ALL BUT ONE LIFE BEFORE MINI-BOSS

3: SOMEHOW CAPTURE EVERYTHING BY PURE LUCK

4: Get taken by surprise by her moving to the bottom of the screen and GAME OVER.

And that is why you need to AT LEAST beat easy mode before you download a score file and directly play this stage.

@jackalhunt1 What. Just download the pre-patched torrent on Pirate Bay or something. Works just fine for me, I've been using it for years...

@minhtnguyen97 Good luck with that, I've been trying to get this for months. You have to download a shit tonne of things to open the file, once open you have to get the english patch, which is impossible to find, all in all I no longer think it's worth the bother.
