Majestic Love - Lions having SEX!!!.wmv

While on Safari, I was lucky enough to follow and photograph this pair of lions for three days. I witnessed from first impression to honeymoon.
The sex was quick and noisy - lasting only a few seconds. After some 10 to 20 minutes, mating was repeated. This routine will continue day and night, for several days. The couple does not eat for those days.

Your captions have me cracking up! LOL Beautiful animals & beautiful photography as usual. However, didn't u see them LEAVE the "group" setting? It is clear they wanted some privacy. LOL Do u think they were saying to each other, "Hey, doesn't this guy w/the camera know we want to be alone??" LOL

Truly beautiful animals and a breathtaking location. Thanks again for bringing it to us. :-)

LOL! Actually they were pretty stuck up with the onlookers. I used zoom in the most private part of the whole affair. I couldn't resist myself with the "Who's your Daddy" thing, : )

@imlivingandlearning Yes, it's all the same two lions. He was actually sniffing for her (right before first seeing her), that's the expression they put. It looked so much like a grin to me...
