On May 1, 2011 the band Apocalypse Five & Dime presented the original musical We Shall Not Be Moved at Union Pool in Brooklyn, NY. The musical tells the moving true story of the 1937 Woolworth's sit-down strikes from the perspective of the workers.
In Episode 6 (of 6) Officer O'Sullivan (Sully Ross) and Mr. Jongenssen (Josh Lerner) confront Daisy (Kate Smith), Bayard Rustin (Xavier), Clarina Michelson (Jessie Reilly) and the workers (Judy Shatsky, Naomi P, Ava Farkas) and the union organizer Clarisa Michelson (Jessie Reilly). It features the song "We Shall Not Be Moved," which the strikers had adopted as their anthem.
