For as long as i've been their client I've NEVER been late on my payments or over the limit. 01/14/2012 they suddenly decide to cut my credit without so much of sending a mail/email/phone call notification. I on the other hand know that I have available credit on my card and am using it, I guess I'm over the limit now, this will go on my credit history and 7-10 years down the road will be still affecting ME negatively.

citi sucks -- they took my credit card payment twice w/o crediting the account and every month list my student loan as DELINQUENT in an attempt to bait me into a double payment.

I really would not be surprised to read in the newspaper that in fact Citi had failed.

citibank are a bunch of thieves! i owe money to them for student loans and they've been screwing up my credit even though i already sent them a deferment and i dont even know why i had to do that cause im still in school!!!!!! :( they are really making things so hard on me i hate them. i want to bend every citi bank employee over and put on a strap on and fuck each one of them in the ass until it bleeds. :D
