Minnesota drivers are far from the best in the world. I've only been living here for two years and I'm amazed that the roads here aren't covered in blood. I see more ridiculous shit here than anyplace else I've lived.

@rammy19 hah. that someone would be you. The exact wording in the MN driver's manual is "discouraged from crossing" single white lines, "prohibited from crossing" double white lines.

...You can cross a solid white line, you can't cross a double white line. At least, that's how it is in MN.
