MobileTerminal for iPhone first version!!

This is the alpha release of MobileTerminal for the iPhone. It is a fully functional app which wraps your shell on your iPhone(requires the arm binaries for the phone to be installed). It can ssh to your computer back home and all kinds of other cool stuff you can do with Unix, and launches right from your desktop.

another thing, I installed terminal on the iphone as well and terminal tells everyone that the iphone is in fact running OS X, I was a little skeptical about the iphone running such a sophisticated OS but it actually does and terminal proves it, what it also means is that you can install windows on the iphone because OS X supports windows, the iphone is a hackers delight

Umm.. its an ARM processor, you can't install windows on it. And its a pretty scaled down version of OSX at that, basically the kernel, its own UIKit, and foundation... even all the unix binaries are just ARM binaries that hackers compiled for it.... again you will never run windows on this thing lo.

I love how the Terminal appears on the home screen. I suppose it can access the internet connection so you can do pretty much everything you can do on a Mac, from ping to SSH. This has potential. The other menu icons are gone tho :(

upgrade to the latest version of BSD Subsystem and MobileTerminal. Or try using Term-vt100 instead.

Whenever i start this app from my ipod touch (v. 1.1.4)(jail broken) it asks me for a password and a login. Were do i get them from ?
