when i want to open it it just bount uo and down, than cams a sine wore stans"the program unecspaktit shut down"

well it may be the program itself try downloading it again and then put it it your dock and try opening it up again it could just be the type of mac you have like since your not from america or britian maybe that could be the problem other then that it should work perfectly

well uselly it should work did the download go smoothly because i don't know what to tell you specificly since all u said was "it cant open" tell me something a bit more specific then i'll see what i can do cause i always like to help others
