No, this IS cheating, because you're intentionally (I repeat, intentionally) exploiting game mechanics to give yourself a significantly unfair advantage over your opponents. I can't actually think of a more blatant way to cheat arenas because it will affect every opponent in every location 100% of the time.

No matter what mental gymnastics you do to convince yourself otherwise, this is blatant cheating and you should be banned.

It works........ i mean...... If you have a fast cp and you can handle the high latency..... It still doesnt work very well but it is real
