american cuisine i think is oily ,unhealthy and has no culture based than many countries....thats why they tend to use ingredients as their main priority ......many chef use their culture as their base to amplify ingredient :) ...italy=pasta,china=noodles=,­india=spices,spain=seafood....­america=fast food ..
