Lately I've been stepping up my grocery list game. Although I'm not perfect, I've been trying to stay away from red meat. Most of my meat is either chicken or fish. I try to get free range and wild caught whenever I can... But difficult in modern times. I don't touch swine at all, not for religious reasons but because of my upbringing so its just not appealing to me. I've also been adding a lot of whole grains, fruits and vegetables to my list.

On this grocery list I had:
Organic Bananas
Rice Dream Milk
Almond Dream Ice Cream (Dairy Free)
Mangos
Pomegranates
Salmon
Granolas- Cascadian brand

Yes, lots of carbohydrates!!! I'm an active athlete....

  • Hey Arash I totally dig all your videos it's very inspirational to see how determined to a healthy lifestyle you are. I was just wondering what is your diet? Is it any specific? Do You believe in the low fat/low calorie/high carb fraud?

  • word! your body is your best investment! do you eat any other animal products then eggs and fish?

  • amen to "I would rather have a healthy body than..."

investing in yourself is the best investment.

  • I think projectstrength's enemy is epicmealtime. I choose healthy

  • Great : D

looks like my weekly groceries too, mostly veggies/fruit, little bit of salmon + I have a little red meat & chicken. About the grains, it's becoming common knowledge that all grains (but especially wheat) are basically bad for you, I'd say in my experience rice & oats are the least offensive maybe, however I still eat granola sometimes but oats a quite regularly during the cold winter mornings. Mainly though it's eggs for breakfast for me or just coffee + bananas !

  • awesome. love the free tips. should do more vids of your grocery hauls, even if its the same.. very cool to watch brother

  • whose house is that if you dont have a yard? lol jw

  • what do you think of IIFYM?

  • woah how many days is this grocery list for? I'd have to get more meat/fish than that to last em a few days
