Hey Arash I totally dig all your videos it's very inspirational to see how determined to a healthy lifestyle you are. I was just wondering what is your diet? Is it any specific? Do You believe in the low fat/low calorie/high carb fraud?

looks like my weekly groceries too, mostly veggies/fruit, little bit of salmon + I have a little red meat & chicken. About the grains, it's becoming common knowledge that all grains (but especially wheat) are basically bad for you, I'd say in my experience rice & oats are the least offensive maybe, however I still eat granola sometimes but oats a quite regularly during the cold winter mornings. Mainly though it's eggs for breakfast for me or just coffee + bananas !
