Cold/Heat Packaging of Plastic Extrusions (SP CH 2400 Model)

CH Series machines are a combination of Cold Seal Machines used in conjunction with heat seal technology. The material used for this equipment is strip coated with the cold seal latex on the first inch or so of the edges which becomes the side seals of the package. The length / end seals of the package are done with heat seal technology. Materials are limited to heat sealable material. - NO paper or Corrugated. Cohesive coated ("coldseal") products are used for product containment and protection in fulfillment & packaging operations. Surface Guard manufacturers cohesive coated single face, paper, linerboard, film and poly laminated papers all of which can run on any SP cold seal machine.
