ITV Schools on 4 - How We Used To Live caption error

This comes from the very early days of ITV Schools programmes being shown on Channel 4. The programme titles for How We Used To Live on the caption bar are not removed like they normally would be when the transition to the countdown clock is made after 'The Journey' has finished playing out - was the person in charge not paying attention or was it a genuine software error?

This was definitely from early Autumn Term 1987, as a couple of tweaks were made partway through the term (the ITVs later disappear behind the clock disc when gliding off, and there is no freeze frame at the end). This recording is from a Tuesday or a Friday though, because HWUTL was not scheduled on a Monday.
