A group of us from Occupy Wallstreet begin to protest the mindless consumerism being displayed on black friday at WalMart locations across the country. Join us as we engage and disrupt corrupt capitalism!

Although on private property, once a transaction is completed, the property on your person belongs to you. stopping you at the door after you have completed your purchase to check through through your personal property is "unreasonable searches and seizure". There is also an issue of unlawful detainment.

If there is a question of security, it should be done before the purchase and only of items that are owned by the store. Logically, there is no difference between checking your bags (your property) or your purse (your property). No American should be subjected to unreasonable search and seizure.

Man put two video games under his shirt in his waste band because his grandson got knocked down and hurt in the rush and he needed his hands to help his grandson. A cop saw and immediately arrested him for shoplifting. The man was cooperating while the cop was putting on the handcuffs. The cop out of no where tripped the man and bashed his head nose first into the ground knocking him out and there is blood everywhere. The cop did not know how to care for the man so someone that was there shopping had to help get blood out the mans airways.

This was a K-9 cop already in a bad mood before this happened. "I got the walmart shift"

4th amendment doesnt apply to private property. However, once it is in a bag, its then your property. You dont have to show a receipt, but expect to be confronted by rentacops or realcops.

I currently work for walmart..... and I dont know where you come up with they pay unliving wadges. Granted I dont make A LOT but I make more then enough to pay for a car, phone, and school. I've only worked there for 2 years and just a sales associate. Also I like your trying to get sympathy yet your on Private Property recording when its not allowed, passing out fliers when you need permission to pass them out. Its not Wal-Marts faults people dumb and fight over video games.
