  • good vid... did you use mythalated spirits?

  • heet...gasline antifreeze..it works great

  • Nice vid. I'm not sure if I saw the pot stand right. Are you using one standard piece where the slot on the one side is up and the other side is down? That way you could mix and match with all the same basic single part.

  • there r 4 peices...2 have slits from top 1/2way down & other 2 are at bottom 1/2way up

  • Nice design, Chris. I like the way you are going with the wick. I think if you continue on that train of thought you may come up with something very cool. Your pot stand design is a good one too, being multi-purpose. Never pack a one trick pony unless it does its trick like nothing else can. With the wood-fire capability, you have increased your options. He who has the most options wins! one quick question - what metal is the stand made from? Peace.

  • i'm sure it could be better build with stainless steel

  • re-label the visine bottle

  • I got it to hold 1.7 CentiLiter = 17 MiliLiter by filling the telight holder up ten times , -poring the water in a measuring cup. It reads 17 CentiLiter. Divide this by ten!

  • But that is just one tealight. you will have to measure the height of your stove

  • The volume or my tealight Vol = Pi * (.5 * d) * h Pi = 3.14159265 d = just over 1 3/8 in but I rounded to 1.375(1 3/8 in) h = .5 in Vol = 3.14159265 * (.5 * 1.375) * .5 So put this into a google search and you get 1.07992247 cubic inch So searching google again for a "volume conversion" we get: 0.598 oz US. So since we rounded down before we could say its .6 oz or 1.2 Tablespoon
  • hey! try to cover that cup, it's gonna to boil much earlier ;-)

  • You could do more those attaching slits on front and back plates to adjust the width of your stand. That way you'd had an option to use also smaller pots there. You woudn't then need those round holes there because air would go through the slits.
