The point is the government shouldn't be picking and choosing which businesses fail and which ones succeeds this completely negates the point of a capitalist system. (look at Goldman Sachs, Bearstern and Leeman weren't bailed out and now they're having record profits)
Politicians make me sick whoever is the controlling power in Washington point fingers like children in a playground and say they started it! We don't care who started it, we just want you to fix it... not make it worse.

Question. Throug the plan for the homeing, wouldn't the government own my home if I wen't through this plan. And if the government owns my home, what would happen if China or other countries decided to collect their debts? Then would my home belong to China?

Don't worry, under Obama the harworking "rich" will be the one's footing the bill for this as they pay almost all the taxes in this country already- why not just screw us some more... The top 10% of earners pays over 70% of the taxes- so take the day off your handouts are coming- but when prices go up and jobs are lost- don't say we didn't warn you...

If this bail out includes paying for other non-U.S. banks - how absurd! Americans to take on the world's debt? Forget it. Mortgage services forced many foreclosures. This is on purpose. I have had to fight Saxon Mortgage Servicer (do no business with them!! exclude them in your mortgage documents). I know of a pending lawsuit where one servicer forged the borrowers name to charge them more. Bail them out? No way!

It is not needed , yea it will hurt in the short term but in long term it will put things as they should be , with people thinking for them selves and not media owned or polictian owned corporate America.All our leaders are shameless and should be thrown out of office everyone of them
