For those of you that are wondering how Cheria's 1st BC was activated without Arles Rise: Cheria's 1st BC is activated via a Title skill by performing 25 hits+ and hold A+B if you are using the nunchaku or the L button on the Classic Controller. This is applied to every character (they all have this skill). I also did this with her 2nd BC at about 50 hits, but it was close to Arles Rise Lv. 2 so that is not confirmed... yet.

Edit: It is confirmed. You can use BCs without Arles Rise at 25+, 50+ and 75+ hit combos. Also, each Blast Caliber level can NOT be used more than once while using this skill. So for example, if you use Cheria's Lv 3 BC Hyakkaryouran at 75+ hits, then you won't be able to reactivate it without using Arles Rise. If you do build up to 75+ hits after using it once, then she will use her Lv 2 BC Innocent Garden instead, and so on.

ow do u unlock more special skills like that for people and , can u help me i'm stuck at the part where u fight richard for the 2nd times , end up in ice place with sophia hurt where u suppose to go

You are suppose to head towards the snow mechanical city and go to the inn. If not, then go into every house and see. The minimap should have a dot telling you which city to go to. As for Blast Calibers, you should have Asbel's and Sophie's for sure 1st and 2nd, Cheria you should already have since Wallbridge (the place where you fought Malik), and as for Pascal, if you did enough walking then you should have her's as well.
