hy i jxt trnd 17 few days ago...m 5'6..i was gaining height so fastly till i was 16..bt dn i went to gym nd only less dn couple of weeks i wrkd out..nd it was vry lights ones...bt frm dn 2 now..i vent grown up..nd my WAist is increasin..any TIPS...PLZZ.?? =]
okay so in the first exercise, while i am hanging to the vertical bar at my home, should i allow my arms to be stretched or not? What i wish to know is whether i should be hanging in a condition where i allow the stretch sensation in my arms as well or i hold the bar tightly enough to resist any stretch in my arms?Thanks.

@mnetcallin -- Greetings Mnet--
Hold on by gripping with your hands only. That will make the force of gravity pull your shoulders open, and thus stretch and straighten your arms and elevate your chest and neck. Straight arms have a balancing effect on the chest and shoulders too.
If you try to hold yourself up, you can cause more problems than you are trying to solve.

Greetings Russ-- It's NOT TOO LATE! Practice these exercises up to two times daliy for best results. You should start seeing results the first day. Eventually, you body will be as upright as is healthy for you, then maintain your height for as long as the muscles stay flexible and strong. For even better results, order my Reposturing Yoga DVD. Greetings Fjerid --It's not too late for you. You can ractice these exercises up to two times daliy for best results. You should start seeing results the first day. Eventually, you body will be as upright as is healthy for you, then maintain your height for as long as the muscles stay flexible and strong.
