Agenda 21 clearly calls for all higher education to be so expensive as to be inaccessible for the vast majority of humanity. The rationale is this: higher education = higher-paid people = more consumption of natural resources. Agenda 21 = Nature ABOVE Man. Oblah-blah is just following the course set out for him whilst Michelle and the kids (especially Michelle) are living the life.
