It was my fault. I was driving him arround those days in Madrid and I had the A/C too cold. I wasn´t used to it at that time, and he got a cold. It´s not a joke, it´s true and I´ve always had this bad feeling in my mind

@Maliqdrew I raced against your coach when he went to Perris (CA) high school, from 1981-1983, and after that in NCAA competition, also. Amazing talent, even then. Too bad he got BANNED FOR LIFE by the USATF in 1991. Did he tell you kids WHY he got a (rare) lifetime ban from competition? (I won't embarrass him publicly here.)

Notice how Edwin Moses clipped the last hurdle, and I mean he really tripped over it! But he could have done that just trying to keep up with Harris, lol.

En la pista 1 se encontraba el chileno Pablo Esquella ("cacharra"). Que llegó 5º, luego de terminar la carrera se acerca y le dice " sigues siendo el mejor". Grande Moses, gran atleta y persona.
