Then you bring up team success whith melo for what ever reason which no one will ever know. Now you bring up the lakers and say he have a ton of rings. Also you say "that melo was better then lebron" which no one has ever said that and yet you bring it up. lebron 10-3 vs melo all time.

you can promote jordan without promoting pippen, you can talk about kobe without talking about shaq or pau. Look at boston players, they couldnt win till they played with at least 2 other all-stars, legit top 5 players at there position. Dont give 1 player more credit then the other simply cause he was media guy, mj has only had success when hes had pippen and you can argue that. People knock lebron now cause he has no rings, mj wouldnt have any rings without pippen. Pretty simple

Pippen played the game perfect scoring when needed, rebounding when needed. When MJ left Pip's scoring went up a little bit (19ppg to 23ppg). Still he wasn't shooting 25+ shots like Mike a game. Even with Jordan gone he played the game the right way. Kobe can score, defend 1-3 positions, run the offense on occasion but he would wilt if his team was down big time. Mike and Scottie played like every game was close.

I agree that Pip should have been in the finals that year and that he was robbed and that he is a better defender. Maybe even the best defender other than Russell and Hakeem because Pippen, NOT Lebron, can guard all 5 positions. But at every other skill-set Kobe Bryant is a better player. But everyone has their own opinion.
