Once again I did nothing wrong while working under the laws of the US Constitution and rules of LAPD's Media Relations Handbook, covering a crime scene. However, per usual, LAPD prevents me from doing my job even though the area I was standing in was still open to the general public and not marked off with police tape. As seen in the video, the LAPD officer who repeatedly grabbed me (which is assault; if I did that to an officer I would be arrested), didn't even know where the perimeter was. Although, since I was holding a camera and taking pictures it was problem. The detective was reasonable though, and it was nice to finally not be threatened with an unlawful arrest for doing something that is completely legal. However, once I was booted from the area, LAPD did tape off the section I was standing in when the photo was taken.

loser Y don't you show your face you coward!! Y do you use hidden cameras. Scum like you cost taxpayers millions by going out and provoking the police. You aren't americans and abuse the rights that we have!!
did he say he was going to whoop your butt? how about the fact that all he did was ask you to leave because it is a crime scene and you could be compromising it? you started in with the attitude, not him. he reacted to you being confrontational..
you know that you asked where the perimeter was in a smart ass tone... also not every cop is going to cite or arrest you if you accidentally enter a crime scene which is why he simply asked you to step back....just because the cop is trying to remove you and you don't want him to touch you because you won't move is no reason to make a video claiming brutality or injustice. I have watched several of you videos and in every one of them you seem to be out just to make problems for them
it's all about holding on to our first amendment rights and standing up to bully cops and uneducated security guards who are all talk and lack any police powers whatsoever
but i do agree with you it has become a big game when dealing with these situations
on the other hand, if there's a chip on my shoulder after dealing with this kind of stuff for many, many years then so be it

not just cops and especially private security guards who aren't sworn officers of the law
i actually care about all of the amendments too, but my favorites are the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 14th.
