UNDER ARMOUR WRIGLEY FIELD ALL AMERICA BASEBALL GAME 8/17/08

From 450,000 high school players nationwide , only 36 players were selected to play in this game at Wrigley Field. 4 of these were picked to compete in the pre game homerun derby. Josh Elander , Jayce Boyd out hit Steven Perez and Cade Kreuter and made it to the finals . Both Josh and Jayce hit a number of balls out onto Waveland Avenue . Both hitting bombs over 420 feet. Not bad for high school players using wood bats ! Jayce Boyd won the finals 5-4 .
